Growing up can be tough and full of changes. Changes occur physically and emotionally and affect many aspects of our lives. A support circle of other girls who are going through the same change, and an adult woman to help guide the group offers girls a safe space to share their experiences and feelings assured that they will be supported and connected with others during this time.

Glow Girl Circles offer on-going celebration, support and practical guidance for girls ages 9–14. Hosted in Marin County, California, Glow Girl Circles meet weekly for 1½ hours over a period of 8–10 weeks.

Glow Girls Circles are based on the Girls' Circle Self-Esteem Model and cover the information in First Moon, Celebration and Support for a Girl's Growing up Journey!
